At my Dalry studio, I create timeless, beautifully styled newborn portraits. These early days pass in the blink of an eye, and a newborn session is your chance to capture this precious chapter forever.
The best age for a newborn session is 1 to 4 weeks old. Babies settle beautifully at this stage, sleep more deeply, and my outfits and wraps are sized for tiny newborns.
Book during pregnancy. I always recommend securing your date after your 20 week scan. You book with your due date and I will build flexibility in around it. Once your baby arrives, we confirm your session from there.
Already had your baby? No problem at all. My newborn pricing covers babies up until around 6 months old, or until they can sit unaided and hold their own tummy time. You can check my availability below, or get in touch with any questions and I will be happy to help.

YOUR FULL NEWBORN EXPERIENCE
Your newborn photography session is completely baby led and relaxed, allowing time for feeding, cuddles and settling with no pressure or rush.
You will be welcomed into a warm, calm studio space designed for newborn comfort and safety, where parents are encouraged to relax and enjoy a well earned break while I gently photograph your baby.
Parents and siblings are very welcome to be included, with gentle guidance into natural, relaxed poses that feel comfortable and authentic.
My studio specialises in both newborn and pet portraiture, so your fluffy companions are always welcome. Pets are part of the family and can be included to create meaningful, heartfelt images that reflect your life at home.
Each session is individually styled using my collection of wraps, outfits, props and blankets, chosen to suit your preferences and my soft, timeless aesthetic.
With a BA Degree in Photography and specialist training in newborn posing and safety, I am fully trained and insured and always follow your baby’s lead. Your baby’s comfort and safety come first at all times.
Around two weeks after your session, you will return for your gallery reveal to view your final images and choose your artwork and packages. These early days pass quickly. Your newborn session allows you to preserve this fleeting chapter forever.
INVESTMENT
Enjoy full private access to my studio for a bespoke 2/4 hour session, complete with professional photographic equipment, background changes, and an extensive collection of luxury props and outfits.
Your investment also includes a 1-hour private viewing and ordering appointment, where you can select the perfect collection to suit your needs, preserving these precious moments in the most exquisite way.
A £50 booking fee is required to secure your session. This fee acts as a deposit and will be deducted from your chosen collection after your session.
Once your gallery is ready, you’ll be invited back to my studio for a cinematic viewing appointment, where you’ll see your images for the very first time and choose the package that feels right for you.

I also offer a range of beautiful wall art collections and multi-piece display sets, which are priced individually and can be viewed during your ordering appointment.
The £50 booking fee is deducted from all Digital Image and All Inclusive Collections.

To preserve the integrity of your images, I highly recommend my professional lab printing, as I cannot guarantee the quality from external print services.

NEWBORN MINI WRAPPED SESSION
This 1.5 hour baby only session captures your little one whether they are peacefully asleep or awake. Your baby will be wrapped in one colour of your choice and photographed in three timeless setups: on the bed, in a bowl, and on the flokati rug, with two beautifully edited images from each. We will view the images straight after your session and select your favourites.
Designed for babies up to six weeks old, this session offers a high-quality photography experience at an accessible investment.
Physical Gift vouchers are available, making it a perfect keepsake for expecting parents.
The total investment is £225, with a £50 deposit required at booking. This is deducted from your final balance, leaving £175 to pay on the day of your session
